What is it?

We believe this executive recruitment advertising web site is the first of its kind.  It offers employers the opportunity to place their recruitment advertisements on line free of charge.  It works in a similar way to newspaper advertising in that the employer places the advertisement and then deals directly with all applicants.  Forde May Consulting or niexecutivejobs has no involvement other than providing a place to advertise executive or managerial level jobs online.

Employment Agencies or Recruitment Consultants (other than Forde May Consulting) will not be permitted to use the site.  Initially it is being restricted to jobs based in Northern Ireland but it is anticipated that it will in time be expanded to other sectors and/or areas.

Why would we do it?

1. It will promote and market our mainstream Search and Selection business Forde May Consulting Ltd
2. It will enable us to keep abreast of what is happening in the executive recruitment sector in Northern Ireland
3. In the small number of cases where employers are unsuccessful in filling their posts through advertising they may like to use our services to ‘headhunt’ on their behalf.

Feedback and promotion

Success will depend on both employers placing sufficient advertisements and on sufficient applicants applying.  As the site is free, paid for marketing and promotion will be very limited.  We are therefore asking all involved to give us their support and to help get the site known by ‘word of mouth’.
